Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring our brand to life across marketing, advertising, digital, sales, and events. This hands-on role requires applying established brand guidelines and campaign structures to produce polished, on-brand work with minimal guidance.

The ideal candidate will adapt existing creative direction to new formats, partner with the Creative Director and stakeholders, and maintain visual consistency across channels,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience delivering production-ready files across multiple formats and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials including social, ads, email, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, events, and print.
• Design marketing materials and build brand templates for recurring use across the team.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid digital UX fundamentals; maintain typography and visual hierarchy.
• Create digital advertising assets across formats and platforms; resize for A/B testing and multi-channel campaigns.
• Take projects from brief to final production with independence and collaboration with Creative Director and marketing stakeholders.
• Support accessible and inclusive design practices across digital and print work.
