RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in‑house creative team and help bring our brand to life across marketing, advertising, digital, sales, and events.

This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who can take creative direction, brand guidelines, or an established campaign structure and run with it — producing polished, on‑brand work across multiple channels with minimal hand‑holding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience with production-ready files and adapting concepts across formats.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials and channels.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Flag inconsistencies or opportunities to tighten up the visual system.
• Execute against briefs provided by the Creative Director.
• Design marketing materials including digital advertising, email, presentations, and collateral.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentation, and event applications.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Ops.
