Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring our brand to life across marketing, advertising, digital, sales, and events. This is a hands-on execution role that runs with direction and applies established campaigns with minimal guidance.

You'll partner with the Creative Director and Marketing stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-brand output across social, email, landing pages, and print, while maintaining consistency and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma or a comparable platform.
• Experience preparing production-ready files across web, digital ads, email, and print.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Clear communication skills and ability to receive and apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across materials.
• Adapt creative direction to new formats, channels, and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to execute briefs.
• Design marketing materials including digital advertising, social content, email, presentations, and print.
• Build and maintain brand and campaign templates for recurring use across the team.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentation, and event applications; manage multiple projects.
