Onward Search is partnering with a healthcare client to fill a South Brand Implementation Program Coordinator role. This remote, long-term contract supports regional branding transformations and offers exposure to high-visibility initiatives across the organization.

The role focuses on administrative support, scheduling, budgeting tracking, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting. Ideal candidates have a BA or equivalent in marketing or communications, 2–4 years of coordination experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• 2-4 years of project coordination, operations, or admin experience, preferably in healthcare/marketing/nonprofit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the brand implementation team, including scheduling and note-taking.
• Track project budgets, vendor documentation, and organize files related to implementation.
• Maintain dashboards, timelines, and progress trackers for regional projects.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate communications among cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
