Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to own the most complex and high-visibility brand design work across campaigns, web, social, events, reports, and sales collateral. You will lead with craft, mentor teammates, and shape brand systems that scale globally.

You will collaborate with brand strategists, copywriters, product marketing, and leadership to elevate TRM’s craftsmanship while advancing an AI-native design practice and embracing new formats and channels.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of brand design experience.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating high craft.
• Clear aesthetic point of view across typography, layout and color.
• Fluency in brand systems and scalable design.
• Experience with data visualization, infographics and editorial design.
• Staff-level experience and strong communication skills.
• AI-aware mindset with growth in AI-assisted design.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold the craft standard for TRM’s brand across campaigns, web, social, events and reports.
• Lead the most complex brand design projects end-to-end with high craft.
• Partner with leadership to evolve creative direction and brand systems.
• Translate complex information into infographics and data visuals.
• Provide hands-on craft oversight and mentor designers.
• Build and steward scalable brand systems and documentation.
• Commission and art-direct external creatives.
• Mentor and elevate other designers through critique and collaboration.
• Advance the team’s AI-native design practice and integrate AI thoughtfully.
