Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Project Manager, Brand Operations to support seasonal brand campaigns across Marketing, Creative, Production and Retail teams. You will manage campaigns from brief to delivery and develop detailed plans and budgets to keep programs on track.

This remote Canadian role offers flexibility to work remotely with optional North Vancouver office access, requiring strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, campaign management, design management or creative operations.
• Experience in creative agency, retail marketing, digital marketing or production.
• Strong understanding of the creative process from briefing to post-production.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Figma or Smartsheet; UX/UI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple seasonal brand campaigns and creative projects from brief through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Oversee project budgets, track resources, monitor deliverables and adjust priorities as needed.
• Act as central communications hub across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate weekly creative reviews with leads and channel partners.
• Lead project retrospectives and drive workflow improvements.
• Support evolution of project management processes and DAM practices.
