State of Indiana is hiring for a Branch Support CSR, fully remote with occasional in-office onboarding. You will apply vehicle-related laws, manage registrations and credentials, and safeguard personal information while using multiple agency systems to assist customers.

The role requires strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities to support leadership and customer service excellence across Indiana.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply state law, rules and NMV policies with accuracy, timeliness and integrity while safeguarding personal information.
• Maintain compliance with Indiana laws regarding operations, licensure, and registration.
• Assist branches with credentials, titles and registration needs.
• Navigate and utilize systems to assist customers (STARS, DocuWare, Fortis, KTA, Backoffice 360, NMVTIS State Web, iPrime, BMVOA Tool, Genesys Cloud CX 3).
• Research and evaluate NMVITIS to determine issuance or denial of a title.
• Manage each interaction from start to finish with efficiency, accuracy and empathy.
