Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Branch Leader in the United States to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, drive performance, coach the team, and develop new business. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill the Purpose, Mission and Values in the team and in support of the Truist culture.
• Drive the branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance through strategies including Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and new client strategies and grow Mass Affluent through client appointments and outreach.
• Represent Truist in civic, government, professional, business, and community groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead, grow, coach and motivate the branch team to meet client financial needs and support company goals.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and risk management; promote One Team culture.
• Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
