Job summary

Tyndall Federal Credit Union is seeking a Service Advisor to be the welcoming point of contact for members, processing routine financial transactions and guiding members to relevant credit union products and services.

You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding service and referring complex needs to a Relationship Advisor when deeper assistance is required.

Qualifications

• 1–12 months of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Refer credit union products and services to benefit members; complete cross-sales.
• Assist with daily transaction reconciliation and cash handling tasks.
• Greet members and provide routine information on services; direct to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to BSA/AML and other regulatory requirements; participate in training.
