Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a remote role focused on documenting and optimizing workflows across business units. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and support process redesigns to boost operational efficiency.

You will partner with business users, developers, and project leads to evaluate automation opportunities, support testing, and assist in rollouts and adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience documenting current-state workflows and requirements.
• Familiarity with BPMN or similar process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Support process redesign under guidance from senior team members.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops for defined scopes of work.
• Write clear user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation.
• Assist in identifying automation candidates and testing automated workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to validate automation meets requirements.
• Support testing, rollout activities, and documentation during system rollouts.
• Create process maps (BPMN) and requirement traceability matrices.
• Serve as a point of contact for business users on day-to-day questions.
• Help facilitate training and adoption of new tools and processes.
