You will partner with business users, developers, and project leads to evaluate automation opportunities, support testing, and assist in rollouts and adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience documenting current-state workflows and requirements.
• Familiarity with BPMN or similar process modeling tools.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on documenting and improving business workflows, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and supporting process redesign efforts that improve operational efficiency. You will partner with business users, developers, and project leads to help evaluate automation opportunities and ensure solutions meet business needs. The position also includes supporting testing, rollout activities, and adoption of new tools and processes in a collaborative environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Document current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies within assigned business areas
• Support process redesign efforts under guidance from senior team members
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops for defined scopes of work
• Write clear user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation
• Assist in identifying automation candidates and testing automated workflows
• Work with developers to validate that automation meets business requirements
• Support configuration, testing (UAT), and documentation during system rollouts
• Create process maps (BPMN) and requirement traceability matrices
• Serve as a point of contact for business users on day-to-day questions
• Help facilitate training and adoption of new tools and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Working knowledge of BPMN or similar process modeling tools
• Exposure to automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
