Cube Care Company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payments for a remote, full-time role based in the United States (Oregon). The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams, maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite or similar systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; good communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Process Customer and Vendor invoices.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial data and analysis to management.
• Support audits with financial records and documentation.
