Job summary

Cube Care is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage accurate records, invoicing, collections, and payment application. You will help maintain cash flow and support financial reporting in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software. Healthcare/B2B experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Process Customer and Vendor invoices.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial data and analysis to help management decisions.
• Analyze data for cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Purchase order creation.
• Financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audits.
