Cube Care, a US-based company in the custom-manufacturing industry, is hiring a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records, ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment applications, supporting cash flow and financial reporting. The role requires organization, proactivity, and collaboration with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage payables/receivables, assist budgeting, prepare financial data for management, and contribute to audits.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations; proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: process invoices, track payments, and collections.
• Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting: provide data and analysis; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Purchase Order Creation.
• Financial Reporting.
• Support Audits: provide records and documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and organize records.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure billing accuracy.
