Job summary

PromiseAlliance is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, track transactions, and ensure accurate reporting. This fully remote role supports our nationwide operations and requires strong accounting knowledge and proficiency with bookkeeping software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial documentation

• Assist in payroll processing and tax compliance
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
