Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our finance team. This remote, full-time role handles billing, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable across multiple locations, with daily ledger entries and collaboration with the Operating Director.

You will process invoices, maintain financial records, and participate in monthly close. 2+ years bookkeeping, high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years bookkeeping experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Experience processing weekly invoices, billing cycles, month-end reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process company billing as a primary role in this position.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and input transactions into the correct ledger.
• Reconcile bank and other accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned locations, including deposits and aged receivables.
