Marketing Agency is hiring a remote accounting professional to manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and overall bookkeeping from Latin America. The role requires running Stripe invoicing, calculating client fees, and monitoring payments to ensure accurate cash flow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience, and strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills. Excellent communication is essential in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounts receivable and invoicing cycle, ensuring all client invoices are prepared and issued accurately.
• Run recurring invoicing through Stripe, calculate variable client fees, and monitor incoming payments.
• Maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including reconciliations and accounts payable.
