Qualifications

• Experience with Excel VLOOKUP, pivots, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and enter transaction data with consistent attention to detail.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and keep supporting records complete and organized.
• Manage accounting data in QuickBooks or Xero and maintain accurate records across related systems.
• Build and update spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets to track balances, review trends, and support reporting.
• Communicate status, issues, and record updates clearly so financial work moves forward without delays.
