Amgen's Bone Health team seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialist to connect with clinicians, promote products, and navigate payer challenges within Conway, West Memphis, Searcy, and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes clinical knowledge, strategic territory planning, and payer interactions.

You will drive education programs, build relationships, and contribute to sales targets while upholding Amgen values and patient focus in a dynamic field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration desirable.
• 3–4 years of sales or clinical healthcare experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to guide appropriate use.
• Lead branded sales programs, in-person and virtual engagements, and educational activities.
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager and manage accounts.
• Address reimbursement and product access issues and maintain contracts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive results.
