Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge, and navigate payer complexities. You will drive territory sales through branded messages, programs, and both in-person and virtual engagements.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, account management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product access and optimal patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience for Specialty Representative; more for Senior Specialty Representative
• Experience communicating clinical benefits to medical professionals and navigating payer environments

Responsabilidades

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs to achieve targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and discuss patient access and reimbursement needs.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn continuously.
