Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred for Specialist role
• 4+ years of Sales experience with or without healthcare field
• Clinical experience in healthcare or science is advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct planned programs to achieve sales targets
• Develop territory plans and manage accounts, including discussing product access and reimbursement
• Address payer and reimbursement issues and maintain product contracts to ensure access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve territory performance
• Maintain relationships and consistently promote Amgen products throughout the sales cycle
