Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products, and navigate complex payer environments. The role leads marketing strategy execution within the district and aims to drive product utilization through in-person and virtual engagements.

The candidate will build relationships, manage accounts, and ensure appropriate access while aligning with the District Manager's sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Promote Amgen products and deliver branded sales messages to achieve territory targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including access and reimbursement considerations
• Analyze territory performance and develop plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative
• Uphold Amgen values in interactions with customers and patients
