Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals and promote Amgen products. You will implement marketing strategy, support access and reimbursement, and build strong customer relationships across Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and surrounding NC areas.

The role requires strong clinical/product knowledge, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a flexible environment with remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required with relevant experience.
• Clinical or healthcare-related understanding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in educational programs.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts and ensure product access and reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Build cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
• Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and represent Amgen values.
