Amgen's Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative role covers Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, NC. You will connect with medical professionals, provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and help navigate the payer environment to support patient access.

We are actively seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to implement marketing strategy and promote Amgen products under district leadership, while building strong relationships and achieving sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: 3+ years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience not sales related.
• Preferred: experience in pharma/biotech or related healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and discuss clinical benefits.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and coordinating programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Analyze territory performance and help plan strategies with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales growth.
