Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our insurtech team. You will handle auto claims, assess liability and damages, and negotiate settlements to achieve swift, fair outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active adjuster license, 3+ years in transportation claims—including third-party PD/BI and UM/UIM BI—and are comfortable collaborating with defense counsel and vendors while maintaining regulatory compliance. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license in home state or designated state.
• Bachelor's degree required; other qualifications may compensate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation claims adjusting, including third-party PD, third-party BI including catastrophic losses, UM/UIM BI.
• PIP is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service to policyholders and claimants.
• Manage inventory of litigated and non-litigated auto claims.
• Analyze and review auto claims to identify disputes, gather information, evaluate liability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties or insurers.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, claims management, and vendors for strategic planning.
• Review legal documents and ensure compliance with action plans and discovery.
