National General is seeking a Remote Non-Standard Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster - Attorney Represented (PST). You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims arising from auto accidents.

The role requires handling complex exposure, working with plaintiff attorneys, and maintaining high file quality. You will manage a high-volume caseload while delivering excellent customer service and applying sound liability, coverage, and negotiation strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex bodily injury exposures.
• Ability to work with plaintiff attorneys and negotiate settlements.
• Strong understanding of liability investigations and claims resolution strategies.

Responsabilités

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims with discretion within authority.
• Applies understanding of company policies and industry standards.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
• Identifies customer needs and uses appropriate customer service skills.
• Recognizes body parts of a vehicle and potential property damage.
• Partners with areas of fraud or subrogation for best outcomes.
