Responsibilities

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims (coverage, damages, subrogation, litigation) with discretion and independence within increased authority.
• Applies understanding of insurance policies and relationships within the company.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
• Identifies customer needs and meets them using appropriate customer service skills.
• Recognizes and identifies vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
• Partners with assigned reps for fraud or subrogation to achieve best outcomes.
