Job summary

National General is seeking an experienced Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster - Attorney Represented Claims to manage highly complex, attorney-represented bodily injury cases from initial notice to final resolution. This fully remote role follows a Pacific Time Zone schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) and requires strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Experience handling complex bodily injury claims, including attorney-represented cases.
Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage high-exposure claims from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Investigate bodily injury claims including coverage, damages, and subrogation.
Assess liability and potential litigation exposure with discretion and authority.
Negotiate settlements and coordinate with attorneys and related parties.
Ensure timely, fair, and compliant claim resolutions.
Operate within a Pacific Time Zone schedule (remote role).
