• Highly experienced in handling complex bodily injury claims, including attorney-represented cases.
• Proven ability to analyze coverage issues, liability, and subrogation.
• Skilled in negotiation and settlement with attorneys and other parties.

Responsibilities

• Handles investigation of all aspects of bodily injury claims including coverage, damages, subrogation and litigation.
• Applies understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate actions.
• Identifies customer needs and meets them with professional service.
• Recognizes vehicle damage components and other potential property damage.
• Partners with other teams for fraud/subrogation cases and outcomes.
• This role has no supervisory duties.
