National General is seeking an Initial Handler Bodily Injury Adjuster to investigate and resolve bodily injury claims, from first notice through early settlement. You will evaluate coverage, liability and damages, negotiate within authority, and maintain strong customer service throughout the process.

The role requires analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex claim situations across shifts. Experience with MMR is a plus; licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Experience handling auto claims from initial investigation to resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service focus.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and liability assessment.
