Job summary

Proppel, a fully remote US-based board game publisher, seeks an Influencer / Content Creator Manager to build and run its creator and affiliate program from the ground up. You will be the primary contact for a growing creator community, from outreach to final video delivery.

You will own outreach, negotiate contracts and price sheets, manage onboarding and payments, coordinate product sample logistics with operations, and activate creators around launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or creator relationships (agency or in-house).
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and price sheets.
• Experience building and managing online communities.
• Comfort coordinating logistics and samples with operations.
• Highly organized self-starter with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet new creators and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube using view count heuristics.
• Own outreach, negotiation, boilerplate contracts, onboarding, and payments for creators.
• Build and manage an in-house creator community on Circle.so.
• Coordinate product sample logistics with the Operations team.
• Activate creators around launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Track deliverables and keep content organized for the team.
