Job summary

Inkwell Games is seeking a fast and fearless social media leader to own our content engine and influencer program. You’ll produce and publish dozens of short-form videos weekly, testing hooks and iterating quickly across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, while aligning with our brand values.

You’ll collaborate with the team, manage creator onboarding, and use analytics to steer the next batch of content. Fully remote, with Americas availability and some overlap with Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years running social and/or influencer marketing for consumer brands.
• Experienced creator-operator capable of producing short-form video.
• Strong design instincts with ability to design thumbnails and assets.
• High ownership, clear planning, execution and follow-through.
• Enjoys puzzles and games; demonstrates genuine enthusiasm.
• Comfortable working in chaos and across time zones.
• Async fluency; able to work independently while staying connected.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Script, shoot, edit, and publish content at a fast pace.
• Explore YouTube Shorts and test approach.
• Source and onboard influencers and micro-creators in our audience pockets.
• Maintain guidelines and messaging memos for consistent storytelling.
• Collaborate on brand pillars and storyline with the team.
• Monitor analytics and adjust content without paralysis.
• Provide outside perspective on the puzzle and mind-health space.
