BiOptimizers USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead a high-impact creator partnerships program in a remote-first environment.

You will own a $500k+ annual influencer budget, build a scalable ambassador network, negotiate strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through data-driven campaigns across multiple channels. Autonomy and commercial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships for high-growth supplement, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or CPG brands.
• Experience managing influencer marketing budgets of $500,000+ annually.
• Proven experience building and scaling ambassador programs with 250–500+ active creators.
• Track record of driving measurable business growth through influencer marketing with a strong understanding of revenue, profitability, and attribution.
• Experience negotiating creator contracts, licensing rights, usage rights, affiliate agreements, commission structures, and long-term partnership agreements.
• Experience managing creator relationships directly rather than relying on influencer agencies.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts including last-click attribution, paid amplification, Meta advertising, and customer acquisition.
• Experience using influencer management platforms such as GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Modash, Upfluence, or equivalent software.
• Experience working closely with Paid Media, Creative, CRM, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own & Scale Performance Influencer Marketing: manage a $500,000+ annual influencer budget and achieve ROAS targets.
• Develop profitable creator acquisition strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts, email sponsorships, websites, newsletters, and emerging channels.
• Continuously improve campaign profitability while increasing influencer contribution to revenue.
• Negotiate high-value creator partnerships with licensing rights, usage rights, and long-term ROI.
• Work with Paid Media to activate creator content through Meta advertising and beyond organic.
• Build a World-Class Creator Ecosystem: recruit and grow 500+ active commission-based and hybrid creators.
• Develop scalable recruiting systems for creator relationships and reactivate dormant ambassadors.
• Minimize reliance on traditional influencer agencies when possible.
• Identify emerging creators and negotiate long-term partnerships that grow with audiences.
• Manage creator relationships with consistent communication and performance reviews.
• Lead Creator Strategy & Commercial Partnerships: convert objectives into briefs for high-performing content.
• Expand creator relationships to omni-channel partnerships including email, YouTube, websites, podcasts, and licensing.
• Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Product Marketing, and Analytics to maximize impact.
• Continuously improve creative performance, messaging, offers, and partnerships based on results.
• Own Performance Analytics & BI: measure revenue, margin, ROAS, and attribution beyond vanity metrics.
• Develop scalable reporting for forecasting, visibility, and executive decisions.
