Job summary

Magic Mind is seeking an Influencer Marketing & Creator Community Manager to build a scalable creator ecosystem that fuels paid social, affiliate revenue, and brand advocacy. You’ll source, vet, and negotiate with creators, develop creative briefs, and scale gifting programs while partnering with paid social, brand, and retail teams to ensure consistency across the flywheel.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the influencer marketing roadmap aligned with brand, growth, and retail priorities
• Run end-to-end campaigns across seeding, gifting, paid collaborations, whitelisting, and Partnership Ads
• Source, vet, and negotiate with creators across tiers for fit and ROI
• Partner with paid social to identify top-performing creators for whitelisting and ads
• Lead development of creative brief templates and testing frameworks for scalable content
• Own the influencer CRM and affiliate platform; report on program health
