Job summary

BiOptimizers is seeking a highly autonomous Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to drive a creator ecosystem that delivers profitable customer acquisition. You will own sizeable budgets, recruit top creators, and build scalable ambassador programs while partnering with Paid Media, CRM, and Analytics teams for data-driven growth.

The role demands strategic thinking, negotiation prowess, and leadership to expand influencer partnerships across multiple channels and formats, including

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading influencer marketing or performance partnerships for growth brands.
• Proven success managing budgets of $500k+ annually.
• Experience scaling ambassador programs with 250–500+ creators.
• Track record driving growth through influencer marketing and attribution.
• Experience negotiating creator contracts and licensing rights.
• Direct creator relationship management, not just agencies.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, paid media, and acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize a $500k+ annual influencer budget with ROAS targets.
• Develop profitable creator acquisition across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts and more.
• Negotiate partnerships with licensing rights, usage rights, and long-term deals.
• Lead creator strategy and commercial partnerships across channels.
• Partner with analytics and marketing teams to improve performance.
