Job summary

Outschool.org is hiring a senior associate to drive business development and marketing as we pursue state contracts, implement a scalable sales process, and roll out a rebrand. You’ll work with the CEO and a small, equity-minded team on proposals, RFPs, family-facing campaigns, pitch decks, and one-sheets to move a growing pipeline forward.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in business development, growth, or marketing in tech-enabled services, SaaS, or govtech.
• Experience scoping and budgeting SaaS or tech engagements.
• Strong writing and visual sensibility.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to scale output.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify RFP opportunities, support partnership and relationship development, and help advance proposals from first call through contract signature.
• Manage the CRM, pipeline hygiene, and follow-up cadences to create a repeatable sales motion.
• Craft polished, on-brand decks, one-sheets, and proposal materials.
