Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth remotely across regions. You will identify IBs, affiliates and partners, expand client networks, and broker relationships in the FX/ CFD space.

The role requires 2+ years in forex/CFD sales, strong English, and independence. Remote work is supported, with a performance-based remuneration and opportunities to engage with industry events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms, and brokerage services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners in assigned regions
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars
