Job summary

JF Talent Consulting Group (Global) is recruiting for a Business Development/Sales role in the United States within the global Forex/CFD broker space. You will develop networks with Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and institutional clients, and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and growth.

You will monitor markets, identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets, leveraging industry experience and a proven sales

Qualifications

• Diploma level.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
• Establish and maintain business relationship with all clients for their retention of prospects.
• Actively follow financial markets and discuss factors that move them with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and proposals.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure partnerships are commercially viable and sound.
• Execute company planning and perform other duties assigned by management.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
• Any other duties reasonably required for the role.
