FP Markets is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Peru. You will identify and onboard IBs and affiliates, drive client acquisition, and build strategic partnerships across the region.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Forex/CFD BD, a strong network, and fluency in Spanish and English. The role offers fully remote work, competitive remuneration, and continuous development opportunities within a dynamic, globally expanding broker.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex/CFD or financial trading industry.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients.
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms.
• Native Spanish and fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Peru.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.
