Job summary

CloserHire is looking for a Business Development Manager (EU Market) to acquire and manage IBs, affiliates, and traders, expanding our client’s FX/CFD presence across Europe. The role requires strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build lasting partner relationships.

You will promote trading products, implement market-specific sales strategies, and drive deposits and activity from retail and institutional clients while navigating EU regulations.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of the EU trading market and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to manage IBs/affiliates with a verifiable portfolio (e.g., €100K+ monthly deposits).
• Strong English communication; additional EU languages are a plus.
