Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks certified birth doulas to support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, both virtually and in-person as needed. You will educate, empower, and guide clients, while ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care in a flexible schedule.

As part of Pomelo’s network, you’ll maintain thorough documentation, adhere to privacy and quality standards, and coordinate with clients across Missouri counties and beyond as necessary.

Qualifications

• Certification and training as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Strong communication with families from diverse backgrounds, virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Contribute to better birth outcomes by providing supportive care.
• Maintain timely documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow Pomelo standards for privacy, quality, and compliance.
