Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to lead launch efforts for a first-in-class product addressing hypertension. You will educate HCPs, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across a defined territory.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Travel up to 60% is expected; remote work supported within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: Develop and maintain disease state knowledge, build a territory business plan, drive product adoption, analyze trends, achieve sales goals, maintain CRM documentation.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: Execute strategic call plans, communicate clinical data and product value, deliver engaging presentations, address questions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Training, Field Operations, Analytics, and other field roles to support territory objectives.
• Compliance / Culture: Maintain integrity and comply with all policies and regulations.
