Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of commercial experience in biotech/pharma or related fields.
• Proven track record of closing deals with biotech or mid-sized pharma organizations.
• Trusted relationships with VP/SVP/C-suite professionals in the sector.
• Experience selling technology, platforms, or services to biopharma.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments.
• Comfort working in high-growth, loosely structured settings with a strong ownership mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own the revenue number for biotech and SMID pharma, including account strategy, pipeline, and forecast.
• Personally lead initial deals with founders, CEOs, and commercial/medical/patient services leaders.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales and commercial team as the business scales.
• Bring your network and relations to build pipeline and shorten sales cycles; represent Hippocratic AI at biotech meetings.
• Define go-to-market strategy, pricing/packaging, and channels for lean, launch-stage companies; prioritize high-value use cases.
