Hippocratic AI is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer - Biotech to lead commercial growth across biotech and SMID pharma. You will own the revenue, strategy, and pipeline, and build a high-performing sales organization as we expand post-Series C traction.

You will engage with founders and C-suite leaders, shape go-to-market, pricing, and packaging, and drive customer success to accelerate adoption of our AI-enabled healthcare platform across launch-ready programs.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years commercial experience in biotech/pharma with senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record closing deals with biotech and mid-sized pharma with revenue achievement.
• Trusted relationships at VP/SVP/C-suite level across biopharma.
• Experience selling technology, platform, or services solutions into biopharma.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments.
• Comfort in high-growth environments with ownership, urgency, and results.

• Own revenue number for biotech and SMID pharma; manage strategy, pipeline, forecast.
• Lead first deals with founders, CEOs, and commercial, medical, access, and patient services leaders.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales and commercial team as the business scales.
• Be the face at biotech and biopharma meetings; leverage your network.
• Define go-to-market: pricing, packaging, and channels for lean launch-stage firms.
• Drive customer success to drive expansion and retention across brands and indications.
