Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a BIM Manager to lead building information modeling efforts for electrical construction projects. You will guide the BIM team, manage schedules, budgets and quality, and coordinate with clients and contractors to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic input, and hands-on BIM system setup with Revit, Dynamo/Evolve, and AutoDesk tools, with options for remote work across regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BIM, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years in a BIM specialist role; 3–5 years in people management.
• Experience with Autodesk, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; Dynamo or Evolve is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical contracts, plans, drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and coordinate BIM projects from inception to completion for electrical construction.
• Manage BIM team day-to-day operations and ensure schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Develop proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide guidance on BIM processes.
• Coordinate scope and budget changes with project managers and clients.
