Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a BIM Manager to lead and coordinate all BIM projects across electrical construction. You will manage the BIM team, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive the BIM process from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in BIM with 3–5 years in people management, strong Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and schedules while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BIM-related field or engineering.
• 7–10 years in BIM role, 3–5 years in people management.
• Experience with Autodesk, Bluebeam and MS Office; Dynamo/Evolve a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM projects across building information modeling.
• Oversee BIM team daily operations and project execution from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers on scope, budgets, changes and client satisfaction.
• Develop hiring, mentoring and training to grow the BIM team.
