Job summary

Cadnetics is seeking a dynamic BIM VDC Drafter Modeler Lead and Manager (Electrical) for our Virtual Construction Services division. This full-time position offers remote opportunities in select states.

You will lead modeling, coordination, and deliverables across projects, engaging with clients and teams to deliver accurate, buildable drawings. Expected to have at least eight years of experience and an Associate degree, with strong Revit and BIM software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree and at least 8 years of work experience.
• Advanced understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, constructability, and codes.
• Proficient with virtual design and construction concepts and software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling, coordination, shop drawings, and layout drawings to deliver a finished product.
• Address redlines and client feedback thoroughly and accurately.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain positive client relationships.
