Job summary

IREN seeks a CSA BIM Specialist to lead BIM/VDC coordination across datacenter projects in Texas. You will own the BIM Execution Plan, federate models in Navisworks, and lead daily coordination with design teams and trades.

Strong expertise in LIDAR reality capture and robotic layout will be essential to deliver clash-free installations. The role requires site presence with travel between project sites, leveraging Revit, BIM 360/ACC and Revizto for integrated workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of BIM/VDC coordination experience on large projects, site-based travel likely.
• Proficiency with Navisworks for federation and clash management; strong Revit skills.
• Experience with reality capture and integrating point clouds into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer BEP, set coordination schedule and sign-off gates.
• Manage federated Navisworks model and publish coordinated baselines.
• Chair coordination meetings and drive issue resolution to closure.
• Run interdisciplinary clash detection across MEP and CSA models.
• Validate clashes are closed and track clash metrics for leadership.
• Plan and execute LIDAR scans and integrate into the model.
• Maintain scan-to-model workflow for final commissioning model.
• Facilitate digital layout with robotic total stations and field packages.
• Coordinate daily with design teams, trades and internal VDC team.
• Share lessons learned with corporate VDC standards team.
