Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a BIM Specialist to provide building information modeling services for projects, aiding in developing constructible 3D models and detailed documents for electricians. Work spans large BIM coordination to permit documents for design/build efforts.

The ideal candidate has BIM modeling experience, proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office, and a willingness to learn. Remote work is available with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in BIM, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years BIM modeling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Experience with Evolve is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and requests information from design disciplines to advance electrical designs.
• Produces constructible 3D BIM content and detailed electrical construction documents.
• Supports design teams with modeling, clashing, and sheet annotation.
• Maintains communications with project teams and vendors.
• Assists with BIM coordination meetings.
