Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a BIM Manager for a partner company in the United States. The role leads BIM strategy across multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, data-rich design solutions and oversees standards, model quality, and digital assets.

You will mentor project teams, drive technology adoption, and measure the impact of BIM initiatives. Remote role with opportunities to collaborate across studios on healthcare, education, and civic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years in AEC with BIM management across lifecycles.
• Strong design/technical background with Revit/ACC proficiency.
• Familiarity with Revit API for automation and customization.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM planning, implementation and execution across teams.
• Establish BIM standards and workflows for coordination.
• Mentor Project BIM Leads and provide technical support.
• Conduct model audits and ensure interoperability.
• Manage digital assets, libraries, and content resources.
• Champion BIM technologies and AI-enabled workflows.
• Improve metadata and information management practices.
• Oversee software deployments and cloud platforms (ACC).
• Track metrics and report on technology ROI.
• Design and deliver BIM training programs.
